Barbeque Halibut Steaks 烤比目魚排 [下午茶-茶點(diǎn)DIY]
預(yù)熱烤架至中溫。 將黃油、黃砂糖、大蒜、檸檬汁、醬油和黑胡椒粉放入一個(gè)小燒鍋內(nèi),用中火加熱,偶爾攪動(dòng),直到砂糖完全溶解。 在烤架的篩子上薄薄地刷上一層油,再將黃砂糖調(diào)料刷到魚身上,然后放到烤架上。每一面烤制5分鐘,直到用叉子一撥,很容易就能撥掉魚肉時(shí),再涂上一層調(diào)料。從魚身漏下的調(diào)料丟棄不要。
