中央文獻(xiàn)術(shù)語英譯：十三五規(guī)劃

“十三五”時(shí)期是全面建成小康社會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)我們黨確定的“兩個(gè)一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)的第一個(gè)百年奮斗目標(biāo)的決勝階段。黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)審議通過的《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃的建議》(簡稱《建議》)，明確提出了“十三五”時(shí)期我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的基本思路、主要目標(biāo)和新的發(fā)展理念，對(duì)各重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域的重大戰(zhàn)略、重大工程、重大舉措作出部署，具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本期術(shù)語發(fā)布圍繞《建議》中提出的發(fā)展階段定位、發(fā)展目的、發(fā)展理念等，選取了15條重要術(shù)語和表述，力求反映《建議》的思想性、戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性和指導(dǎo)性。
