A US federal judge had approved the settlement on the police reform between the justice apartment and the city of Ferguson in Missouri. The settlement stems from the 2014 fatal shooting by police officer of Michel Brown,an unarmed black teenager.A investigation found in Laming racial bias in police in Ferguson and threaten to sue the city after its council rejected recommendation for a form.To avoid a legal battle ,a settlement was reached.

“To hold in hand to know its been floating around for over a century in that bottle was clearly what enough design to take anything in our seek to relative.It’s really exciting,it’s link with the science of that era,when Marine biology was developing.”
