為了在出發(fā)時能順利離開飯店，踏上歸程，應做到：

1．準備離店之前應要事先通知前臺準備好賬單，以便節(jié)省結賬時間。

2．結清有關賬目：如洗衣費、長途電話費等；如果損壞了客房設備，應與飯店商量，妥善處理賠償事宜。

3．請行李員把行李送到前臺。待酒店服務員檢查好房間后，查清有沒有因疏忽而丟下東西，以確保財物的萬無一失。

B：I'm Liu Qiang, Room 668.I'd like to pay my bill right away since I'm leaving for Los Angeles in a few minutes' time.

A：Yes, sir. I'll calculate your bill immediately… This is your bill, 750 dollars. How would you like to make the payment?

B：I'd like to pay by credit card instead of in cash, will that be all right?

A：Credit cards are welcome, sir. What card are you going to use?

B：My Visa card. Here you are.

A：Thank you. Will you sign on the bill?

B：Sure, There you are.

A：Thank you. And here is your receipt. By the way, is your baggage packed in your room ready?

B：Yes, everything is ready.

A：I'll call the bellman to take your baggage down. May I have the key to your room back?
