用心回答問(wèn)題　Handling Questions with Care

回答問(wèn)題是演講成功的關(guān)鍵（major key）之一，因?yàn)橥ㄟ^(guò)問(wèn)答階段（Q & A session），聽(tīng)眾就能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)你對(duì)主題的了解和應(yīng)用程度。

說(shuō)明提問(wèn)時(shí)間

在演講之初就應(yīng)該說(shuō)明提問(wèn)時(shí)間。演講過(guò)程中的插話(huà)會(huì)拖延時(shí)間，分散重心（harder to keep focused），但如果加以利用，就可以使講演更有互動(dòng)性，更有趣（interactive and more interesting）。

在接近尾聲的時(shí)候會(huì)有問(wèn)答時(shí)間，您可以把您的問(wèn)題保留到那個(gè)時(shí)候。

應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜問(wèn)題

提前準(zhǔn)備若干可能問(wèn)及的問(wèn)題，將復(fù)雜問(wèn)題分解依次回答（tackle difficult questions one part at a time）。如果有人一次問(wèn)了3個(gè)或者4個(gè)問(wèn)題，別恐慌（panic）?；卮饐?wèn)題的第一部分，然后再請(qǐng)他們重復(fù)第二個(gè)問(wèn)題。一次回答一個(gè)問(wèn)題（one at a time）就沒(méi)有那么復(fù)雜，而且效果也會(huì)很好。

注意傾聽(tīng)問(wèn)題

仔細(xì)傾聽(tīng)提問(wèn)者的問(wèn)題，并且給足時(shí)間來(lái)完成提問(wèn)表達(dá)。如果有必要，你可以請(qǐng)他重述問(wèn)題（restate the question），保證理解他的問(wèn)題內(nèi)容，尤其是當(dāng)問(wèn)題比較復(fù)雜，或者所在會(huì)議室很大，不是所有的聽(tīng)眾都能聽(tīng)清問(wèn)題的時(shí)候。

講演者在評(píng)論問(wèn)題時(shí)可能在毫無(wú)意識(shí)的情況下發(fā)表一些有傷害意味的言論（unintentionally hurtful）。在某人發(fā)問(wèn)后，你說(shuō)“好問(wèn)題”的時(shí)候要多加小心，因?yàn)閷?duì)一個(gè)人說(shuō)過(guò)就得對(duì)其他人也這么說(shuō)，否則會(huì)被誤認(rèn)為后面的問(wèn)題沒(méi)有前面的好。

回答簡(jiǎn)明了當(dāng)，不必虛張聲勢(shì)

最好別給一個(gè)冗長(zhǎng)的答復(fù)（longwinded answers），越是簡(jiǎn)短，就越容易記住。同樣，如果你不知道怎樣回答，也不必虛張聲勢(shì)（don’t bluff）。簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)句“我不清楚”，無(wú)論如何都要給出答復(fù)，并且越快越好（ASAP）。有時(shí)候會(huì)后給出答案比當(dāng)下解決問(wèn)題要好，因?yàn)檫@樣可以和提問(wèn)者建立積極的關(guān)系（build a positive relationship）。
