Inspections of the commodities should be made according to our contract terms and the inspection laws.

Tip: as well腦是英語(yǔ)中常用的連接詞，常和 and替換。但腦 well as用法很多，可連接并列的單詞或短語(yǔ): The child is lively as well as healthy.(這孩子既健康又活潑。)，由 as well as連接的復(fù)合主語(yǔ)并不影響謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的數(shù)。如 Helen as well as I is eager to see the performance. (海倫和我一樣急于要看演出。)
