I can't tell you how honored I am to be here with you 各位下午好！能來到這里和大家探討針對領(lǐng)導力的認識， [00:06.11]to talk about my thoughts on leadership and to share my experiences 并分享作為目前管理著一家大型跨國企業(yè)的 [00:10.57]as one of only a handful of women today running a major global corporation. 為數(shù)不多的女性所走過的歷程，我感到無比榮幸。 [00:17.38]As I look out at all of you .... some at the beginning stages of your careers....some well along the road to your future.... 我注視著你們大家，你們中間有些人正處在職業(yè)生涯的起點，有些人已經(jīng)在通向未來的道路上前進了， [00:25.45]wherever you are on your own personal path I can promise you a world of opportunity and excitement. 不管你在自己的道路上走了多遠，我向你們保證，前面有無數(shù)的機遇和令人興奮的事物。 [00:33.35]Anything you choose to do is within your reach. 無論你們想做什么樣的事業(yè)，你們都可以做得很出色。 [00:37.29]How far you go will depend on how high you set your dreams and how hard you work to achieve them. 你們的夢想有多大，你們就能走多遠；你們?yōu)閴粝敫冻龅迷蕉?，你們就會越成功? [00:44.49]But whatever path you take, the foundation provided by a good education will make success come that much easier, I promise you. 但無論你們選擇哪條路，我保證，有良好的教育背景作為基礎(chǔ)，成功會來得更容易。 [00:55.16]I have shared my experiences on leadership with many different groups of people all over the world. 我曾和來自全世界不同的人群分享過我的經(jīng)歷。 [01:02.12]But being here in the country where my parents and grandparents were born— 但是在這個我祖父母和父母出生的國度， [01:07.02]a country to which I continue to feel strong emotional and intellectual ties—is an enormous privilege and a dream come true. 這個我一直被強烈的情感和文化所維系的國度，能同各位分享我的成功感受，是我極大的榮幸，也圓了我的一個夢。 [01:18.04]I consider myself a relatively recent member of a new generation of business leaders 我認為自己屬于相對新一代的商業(yè)領(lǐng)導者， [01:24.26]faced with a dizzying pace of change and a global economic and political environment 我們面對的是令人目眩的變化節(jié)奏， [01:30.27]that are redefined by the day in this tumultuous 21st century. 以及被充滿動蕩的21世紀重新定義的全球經(jīng)濟和政治環(huán)境。

As I look out at all of you .... some at the beginning stages of your careers....some well along the road to your future.... wherever you are on your own personal path I can promise you a world of opportunity and excitement. Anything you choose to do is within your reach. How far you go will depend on how high you set your dreams and how hard you work to achieve them.But whatever path you take, the foundation provided by a good education will make success come that much easier, I promise you.

我注視著你們大家，你們中間有些人正處在職業(yè)生涯的起點，有些人已經(jīng)在通向未來的道路上前進了，不管你在自己的道路上走了多遠，我向你們保證，前面有無數(shù)的機遇和令人興奮的事物。無論你們想做什么樣的事業(yè)，你們都可以做得很出色。你們的夢想有多大，你們就能走多遠;你們?yōu)閴粝敫冻龅迷蕉啵銈兙蜁匠晒?。但無論你們選擇哪條路，我保證，有良好的教育背景作為基礎(chǔ)，成功會來得更容易。

I have shared my experiences on leadership with many different groups of people all over the world. But being here in the country where my parents and grandparents were born—a country to which I continue to feel strong emotional and intellectual ties—is an enormous privilege and a dream come true.

我曾和來自全世界不同的人群分享過我的經(jīng)歷。但是在這個我祖父母和父母出生的國度，這個我一直被強烈的情感和文化所維系的國度，能同各位分享我的成功感受，是我極大的榮幸，也圓了我的一個夢。

I consider myself a relatively recent member of a new generation of business leaders faced with a dizzying pace of change and a global economic and political environment that are redefined by the day in this tumultuous 21st century.

我認為自己屬于相對新一代的商業(yè)領(lǐng)導者，我們面對的是令人目眩的變化節(jié)奏，以及被充滿動蕩的21世紀重新定義的全球經(jīng)濟和政治環(huán)境。
