　　a blank slate 直譯過(guò)來(lái)是“一塊干凈的白板，一片空白”，這個(gè)短語(yǔ)的正確意思是：“新的一頁(yè)，一個(gè)全新的開(kāi)始”。因此，當(dāng)美國(guó)人說(shuō)"It's a blank slate."的時(shí)候，他要表達(dá)的意思就是:"I have a new beginning",”"I've got anotherstarting point."
