舌尖上的80后：童年零食大盤點(diǎn)（一）

回憶童年時(shí)光，一定無(wú)法忘懷陪伴我們成長(zhǎng)的諸多零食。酸梅粉、咪咪蝦條、棉花糖、糖葫蘆、娃娃頭雪糕……一一浮現(xiàn)眼前。它們載滿了我們這代人充滿童趣的童年記憶，它們擁有最珍貴的童年味道!

1.奶糖 milk candy/creamy candy

雖然現(xiàn)在的糖果花樣繁多，但論感情再也沒有哪個(gè)比得上大白兔奶糖!還記得小時(shí)候?qū)δ烫峭饽菍涌梢猿缘?ldquo;紙”情有獨(dú)鐘，覺得是非常神奇的東東噗~~真慶幸大白兔奶糖一直留存到了今天，我們依然能看到那只最熟悉的兔子，依然能品嘗到那濃濃奶香味，仿佛童年從未離去……

喔喔佳佳奶糖

除了大白兔奶糖外，還有喔喔奶糖和佳佳奶糖，大公雞和小猴子的形象記憶深刻，不過(guò)這兩個(gè)現(xiàn)在貌似不是那么常見了。

關(guān)于大白兔奶糖：

White Rabbit Creamy Candy is a brand of candy manufactured by Shanghai Guan Sheng Yuan Food, Ltd.

大白兔奶糖是上海冠生園食品有限公司的一個(gè)糖果品牌。

White Rabbit Creamy Candy is white, with a soft, chewy texture, and is formed into cylinders. Each candy is wrapped in a thin edible paper-like wrapping made from sticky rice.

大白兔奶糖呈圓柱體，色白、柔軟、有嚼勁，每粒都用薄薄一層可食用的糯米糖紙包裹。

White Rabbit sweets have been advertised with the slogan, "Seven White Rabbit candies is equivalent to one cup of milk", and positioned as a nutritional product in addition to being a sweet. The candies hence accompanied the growth of a generation.

“七顆大白兔奶糖等于一杯牛奶”，這是大白兔奶糖曾經(jīng)用過(guò)的廣告語(yǔ)，人們不僅把它當(dāng)做糖果，還當(dāng)做營(yíng)養(yǎng)品，它陪伴了一代中國(guó)人的成長(zhǎng)。

In addition to the original vanilla flavor, new flavors such as chocolate, coffee, red bean and yogurt have been added.

除了最早的香草味，現(xiàn)在大白兔奶糖又增加了巧克力、咖啡、紅豆、酸奶等新口味。

2.巧克力 chocolate

麥麗素的英文原名其實(shí)是Maltesers，梁豐食品集團(tuán)生產(chǎn)后將這種糖果取名為Mylikes，而“麥麗素”就是Mylikes的中文諧音?，F(xiàn)在可以找到各種牌子的麥麗素，但覺得還是梁豐的最好吃，認(rèn)準(zhǔn)紅包裝嘿嘿。

兒時(shí)的巧克力除了麥麗素外，印象深刻的還有金幣巧克力(chocolate coins)和酒心巧克力(wine filled chocolates)。

關(guān)于麥麗素：

Maltesers were created by Forrest Mars, Sr. in 1936, and first sold in 1937. They were originally described as "energy balls" and aimed at slimming women.

1936年，美國(guó)人弗瑞斯特-瑪氏(著名的M&M巧克力也是由瑪氏家族出品的)發(fā)明了麥麗素，麥麗素最早被稱為 “能量球”，面向想要減肥的女性。

Maltesers consist of a roughly spherical malt honeycomb center, surrounded by milk chocolate.

麥麗素里面是個(gè)像蜂窩一樣的麥芽球，外面包裹著一層巧克力。
