1. 解詞釋義
Brush sb. off表示“不理睬某人”“漠視某人”，多用于非正式場(chǎng)合。用連字符將brush和off連在一起就變成了名詞，即：brush-off。這樣的話，就產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)意思和它一樣的習(xí)語：give sb. a brush-off。
