1. 如果你打電話給別人, 對(duì)方一接電話,你就要報(bào)上自己的名字(identity yourself),說(shuō):"Hello, this is...speaking."
萬(wàn)一你撥通了一個(gè)號(hào)碼,卻從對(duì)方接聽(tīng)時(shí)的口氣,發(fā)覺(jué)你可能撥錯(cuò)電話時(shí),千萬(wàn)不要反問(wèn)人家:"What number is this?"而是要問(wèn)你撥的號(hào)碼對(duì)不對(duì),例如:"Is this 715-0456?"
3. 假如你接到別人撥錯(cuò)的電話, 你可以說(shuō): "I think you have the wrong number. This is 715-0456."
Thank you for your calling."
A: Hello. Is this 300-1234?B: No. I guess you have the wrong number.A: I am sorry.
例二:A: Hello. Can I speak to Mr. John Anderson, Please? This is Steve Lee.C: Hold on, please.D: John Anderson speaking.A: Hi, John. This is Steve. Did you get my note?D: Yes, I just got it. I'll think it over and call you back.A: Fine. See you later.D: Goodbye.
3. 最后,如果你打電話時(shí)預(yù)知這通電話不可能三言兩語(yǔ)就結(jié)素,最好先問(wèn)對(duì)方: "Is this a convenient time to talk?"(現(xiàn)在講電話方便嗎?)
