習(xí)近平主席的APEC、越老之行，滿滿都是情誼！

2017年11月10日至14日，中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平赴越南峴港出席亞太經(jīng)合組織(APEC)第二十五次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會(huì)議，并對(duì)越南和老撾進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問(wèn)。

這是黨的十九大之后，習(xí)近平主席首次出訪并在國(guó)際多邊舞臺(tái)發(fā)出中國(guó)聲音、并就亞太地區(qū)當(dāng)下面臨的問(wèn)題提出中國(guó)方案。

無(wú)論是在APEC工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會(huì)演講，還是與越共中央總書(shū)記會(huì)談，或者是跟老撾國(guó)家主席會(huì)談，習(xí)近平主席都表達(dá)了中國(guó)對(duì)亞太整體發(fā)展的關(guān)切，以及作為全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。

中國(guó)與APEC共建亞太大家庭

亞太是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)最大的板塊，也是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)主要引擎。工商界是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的生力軍，是新發(fā)展理念的探索者、實(shí)踐者。

Our region, the Asia-Pacific, has the biggest share of the global economy; and it is a major engine driving global growth. The business community is a primary contributor to growth, as it keeps exploring new ways of development.

We need to remain true to APEC's founding purpose: advance trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, build an open economy, uphold and strengthen the multilateral trading regime, and help rebalance economic globalization. We need to take determined steps toward a Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific in line with the agreed roadmap, and herald a new round of development in the Asia-Pacific in the course of opening up.

China and Vietnam are close neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good friends sharing weal and woe, good comrades with similar ideals and beliefs, and good partners for win-win cooperation.

To guide the development of the bilateral ties, the two sides should hold the general direction of China-Vietnam relationship, enhance people-to-people exchanges, cement popular support of the bilateral ties, and firmly safeguard friendly cooperation between the two countries, so as to ensure that the relations between the two parties and two countries will always advance on the right track.

China and Laos have always treated each other as equals and supported each other in exploring innovation in socialist theories and practice, in fully advancing economic, political, cultural and social development, and in accelerating modernization. China-Laos relationship sets an example of good neighborliness and all-round cooperation between China and its neighbors.
