Farr、Mr.
Brown: Good afternoon, Sales Department.
Sara: Could I speak to Mr. Brown please?
Brown: Speaking.
請講。
Sara: Hello, this is Sara Wang calling from New York. I received your e-mail regarding some changes to your itinerary.
Brown: Yes, that's right. I would prefer to see Ms. Farr and Mr. Smith before I meet Mr. Su. Would you mind arranging that for me?
Sara: No, not at all. I'll set up a meeting with Ms. Farr at eleven o'clock,Mr. Smith at twelve and Mr. Su at four o'clock.
Brown: Perfect.
Sara: And would you like to have lunch at the same seafood restaurant you went to on your last trip here last month? Perhaps one would be better than twelve o'clock.
Brown: Yes, that would be splendid.
Sara: Good. There's just one other thing, though. Since Mr. Su won't be able to see you until four o'clock. Would you like me to book a later flight back for you?
Brown: Yes, that would be better.
Sara: There's one at 8:15pm. I'll try to book you a seat.
Brown: OK, thanks. I'll leave it to you then. Would you give me a ring later to confirm everything?
Sara: Yes, of course.
