三、特殊形容詞的位置

1.enough，opposite作定語可前置或后置

If we had enough time，things would be easy.如果時間足夠，事情就好辦了。

If we had time enough,things would be easy.

He live in the house opposite.他住在對面房子里。

He live in the opposite house.

He can run fast enough to catch a bus.他跑得很快足以趕上公共汽車。

【提示】 enough用作副詞修飾副詞時只能后置。

2.more“另外的”，作定語時要后置

We need ten more pens.我們另外需要十支筆。

Do you do some more exercises？ 你有做另外的一些練習嗎？

Are there any more problems to discuss？ 還有需要討論的問題嗎？

I have one more word to say.我還有句話要說。

3.else“別的、其他的”，作定語時要后置

What else can you help me？ 你還能幫助我什么？

When else will you be able to come to see me？ 你另外還有什么時間能來看我？

4.修飾those的形容詞要后置

Those present were all surprised at the news.在場的人得知那個消息都不勝詫異。

Among those invited were some women.在被邀請的人中有些婦女。

Those brave enough to take the course will certainly learn a lot of useful skills.

那些足夠勇敢選修這門課的人，當然會學到很多有用的技能。

5.left“剩下的”，作定語時要后置

I am one of the few people left.我是少數(shù)留下來的人中的一個。

I have little money left in my pocket.我兜里沒剩下幾個錢了。
