62．善其事必先利其器
　　善其事必先利其器。一些人以使用低劣的工具來證明其技高一籌。這是一種危險的自滿，若遭遇重大挫折，實是咎由自取。臣子的優(yōu)秀絕不會使君王的偉大有所減損。所有豐功偉業(yè)都歸于領袖，就像他們也要承擔所有責難一樣。名譽女神只與領袖打交道，她從不說"這人有良臣，那人有劣將"，她只是說"這人高明，那人低劣"。因此，你需要仔細地挑選并考察助手，因為你要依賴他們以成就不朽的盛名。


62．Use good instruments
　Use good instruments. Some would have the subtlety of their wits proven by the poorness of their instruments. It is a dangerous satisfaction, and deserves a fatal punishment.
