Trees 樹(shù)

I think that I shall never see 我想我從未見(jiàn)過(guò)一首
A poem lovely as a tree. 美如玉樹(shù)的詩(shī)章。

A tree whose hungry mouth is prest 一棵張著饑餓嘴巴的樹(shù),
against the earth's sweet flowing breast; 緊壓在大地甘美而流暢的乳房
上;
(3)
A tree that looks at God all day, 一棵整天望著神的樹(shù),
And lifts her leafy arms to pray; 舉起枝葉繁茂的手臂來(lái)祈禱;

A tree that may in summer wear 一棵樹(shù)在夏日里可能
A nest of robins in her hair; 戴著一窩知更鳥(niǎo)在頭發(fā)上;

Upon whose bosom snow has lain; 雪花堆積在她的懷抱里;
Who intimately lives with the rain. 雨水也和她親切地生活在一起。
