［注解］本句常作驚嘆語(yǔ)，用于鼓勵(lì)身處困境的人不要悲觀。
［譯］千難萬(wàn)險(xiǎn)不灰心，昂首闊步向前進(jìn)。

［譯］無(wú)蜂則無(wú)蜜，不勞則無(wú)酬。

［注解］指用花枝樹(shù)葉扎成的冠，戴在勝利者頭上象征榮譽(yù)；另一種解釋是：就像耶穌沒(méi)有受“釘在十字架上”之苦，就無(wú)法升天一樣，指任何人不受苦受難就休想得到有價(jià)值的東西。直譯：沒(méi)有十字架就沒(méi)有花（王）冠。
