高爾夫名將伍茲遭車禍 稱責(zé)任在自己

Golf star Tiger Woods took responsibility on Sunday for crashing his SUV outside his Florida house and said his wife acted courageously to help him, but again canceled an interview with authorities investigating the incident.

The world's top golfer said he wanted to keep details private of the accident in which his SUV crashed into a fire hydrant and a tree outside his mansion, but a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) officer said charges were still pending.

The accident occurred after Woods pulled his Cadillac Escalade out of the driveway of his house at about 2:25 a.m. EST on Friday, the FHP said. He was taken to the hospital with injuries and released.

"This situation is my fault and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me," Woods, 33, said on his official website (https://web.tigerwoods.com).

"I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again.

"This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible."

Several reports have been made by tabloid newspapers and celebrity websites claiming Woods and his wife had been arguing shortly before his car crashed outside the couple's .4 million home.

When police arrived at Woods' home on Friday shortly after the accident, the golfer was bleeding from the mouth and was "in and out of it for several minutes," Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor told CNN on Friday.

據(jù)佛羅里達高速公路巡邏隊介紹，上周五凌晨美國東部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時間2點25分左右，伍茲駕駛著他的凱迪拉克·凱雷德越野車開出自家車道發(fā)生撞車事故。之后，伍茲因傷被送往醫(yī)院接受治療，（情況穩(wěn)定后）出院。

33歲的伍茲在其官方網(wǎng)站上（https://web.tigerwoods.com）說：“這件事是我的錯，它讓我和我的家人感到很難堪。”

“我是人，不可能事事做到完美。當(dāng)然我保證這樣的事以后不再發(fā)生。”

“這是私事，我不想公開。我知道肯定有人感到好奇，但現(xiàn)在風(fēng)傳的有關(guān)我和我家人的很多不實、沒有根據(jù)、惡意的傳聞都是不負責(zé)任的。”

來自小報和名人網(wǎng)站的幾則報道稱，事故發(fā)生前不久伍茲和他的妻子發(fā)生爭吵。撞車事故發(fā)生地點就在伍茲夫婦價值240萬美元的豪宅外。

溫德米爾警察局長丹尼爾·賽勒上周五接受美國有線電視新聞網(wǎng)采訪時說，當(dāng)天警方聞訊趕到現(xiàn)場時，發(fā)現(xiàn)伍茲嘴巴流血，“有好幾分鐘處于半昏迷狀態(tài)”。
