During a medical convention at the hotel, I was preparing a breakfast order that consisted of fried eggs, bacon, ham, hash browns and a cheese Danish. “Now that's a heart attack waiting to happen,” commented a passing co-worker. “Yeah,” I replied. “And believe it or not, that's just what the doctor ordered!”
