As the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership goes into force in Malaysia on March 18, China will adopt the first-year tariff rates for member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations under the trade agreement on some imports from Malaysia, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council said.
《區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定》(RCEP)將于2022年3月18日起對(duì)馬來(lái)西亞開(kāi)始生效實(shí)施。國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)稅稅則委員會(huì)發(fā)布公告,自2022年3月18日起,對(duì)原產(chǎn)于馬來(lái)西亞的部分進(jìn)口貨物實(shí)施RCEP東盟成員國(guó)所適用的第一年稅率。
RCEP was signed in November 2020 by 15 Asia-Pacific countries, including China and the 10 member states of ASEAN. It has already taken effect in 11 member economies.
2020年11月,東盟十國(guó)以及中國(guó)等15個(gè)國(guó)家正式簽署RCEP,截至目前,RCEP已對(duì)11國(guó)正式生效。
