China has built 869 warehouses for the centralized supervision of imported cold-chain foods, the country's market regulator said on Monday.

市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管總局2月14日表示，截至目前全國(guó)已建成869個(gè)進(jìn)口冷鏈?zhǔn)称芳斜O(jiān)管倉(cāng)。

The warehouses will conduct unified disinfection and testing procedures for imported cold-chain foods, which can enter the market only after being certified at the warehouses, according to the State Administration for Market Regulation.
集中監(jiān)管倉(cāng)對(duì)海關(guān)口岸放行的進(jìn)口冷鏈?zhǔn)称啡霂?kù)統(tǒng)一消殺、統(tǒng)一檢測(cè)，獲得出倉(cāng)證明后，方可進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)銷售。

These warehouses will play an important role in cutting off potential COVID-19 transmission channels, facilitating the disposal of imported cold-chain foods in emergency cases and reducing costs, the administration said.
集中監(jiān)管倉(cāng)對(duì)于切斷潛在疫情傳播渠道、提升問(wèn)題凍品應(yīng)急處置效率、節(jié)約處置成本等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。

A national platform to trace imported cold-chain foods was started in December 2020, involving key imported cold-chain foods such as livestock, poultry and aquatic products.
