發(fā)改委:確保電力煤炭穩(wěn)定可靠供應(yīng)

China is confident that it can ensure safe and stable coal and electricity supplies and sufficient residential heating for this winter and next spring, said Zhao Chenxin, secretary-general of the National Development and Reform Commission, at a news conference on Wednesday.

10月13日，國家發(fā)展改革委秘書長趙辰昕在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，我國有信心確保今冬明春煤電安全穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)和居民供暖充足。

With economic activity resuming globally, energy products in international markets have surged since the start of the year, and domestic supplies of coal and electricity in China have been tight, he said.

趙辰昕表示，隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)積極恢復(fù)，年初以來國際市場(chǎng)能源產(chǎn)品價(jià)格大幅上漲，國內(nèi)煤電供應(yīng)趨緊。

In response to the situation, coal mines with the potential to increase output will be urged to tap into their production capacity as soon as possible. Approved and basically completed open-pit coal mines will be encouraged to begin operations, he added.

針對(duì)這種情況，相關(guān)部門將共同推動(dòng)具備增產(chǎn)潛力的煤礦盡快釋放先進(jìn)產(chǎn)能，加快已核準(zhǔn)且基本建成的露天煤礦投產(chǎn)達(dá)產(chǎn)。

Local governments will be asked to fulfill their responsibilities in ensuring coal and electricity supplies for residents and businesses, he said, while financing and fiscal policies to support coal mines to tide them over through tough times are already in the pipeline.

地方政府要切實(shí)履行保障居民和企業(yè)煤電供應(yīng)的責(zé)任。有關(guān)部門正在細(xì)化完善支持煤礦度過難關(guān)的財(cái)稅金融政策。

Ill-considered development of projects with high energy consumption and heavy carbon emissions will be resolutely curbed, Zhao said.
