互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療行業(yè)迎來(lái)重磅新政

Patients in China now need to receive a diagnosis in person from a doctor at a hospital before they can access online consultation services, according to new regulations aimed at improving supervision of the nascent internet healthcare industry.

根據(jù)旨在加強(qiáng)對(duì)新興互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的監(jiān)管的新規(guī)定，國(guó)內(nèi)患者如今需本人在醫(yī)院獲得診斷后才能接受在線診療服務(wù)。

The rules also require online service providers to have cooperation agreements with brick-and-mortar hospitals and say that health professionals must read a patient's medical records before they consult or prescribe medicine over the internet.

該新規(guī)還要求互聯(lián)網(wǎng)診療服務(wù)提供方與實(shí)體醫(yī)院簽訂有合作協(xié)議，醫(yī)務(wù)人員在線診療或開藥前必須閱讀患者病歷。

The National Health Commission said medical consultants need at least three years of clinical experience to provide web services, and only prescriptions for common illnesses and chronic diseases are allowed to be issued online.

國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)表示，醫(yī)師提供互聯(lián)網(wǎng)診療服務(wù)需具有3年以上臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)，只可為常見病、慢性病在線開具處方。

Cai Xiujun, director of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, said online health services also help streamline diagnosis and can help alleviate doctor patient disputes.

浙江省杭州市邵逸夫醫(yī)院的院長(zhǎng)蔡秀軍表示，在線健康服務(wù)也有助于簡(jiǎn)化診斷，并有助于緩解醫(yī)患糾紛。

The online medical consulting market has grown rapidly in China, with more than 1,000 companies formed between 2011 and 2016, according to a report by financial news outlet Yicai, citing figures from Wang Hang, founder of online medical services platform haodf.com.

金融媒體《第一財(cái)經(jīng)》的報(bào)道援引互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療服務(wù)平臺(tái)好大夫創(chuàng)始人王航提供的數(shù)據(jù)稱，我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療咨詢市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)迅速，2011年-2016年有超過(guò)1000家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療企業(yè)成立。

The report added that at least 200 billion yuan had been invested in the market in the past four years.

該報(bào)道還稱，過(guò)去4年中，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域獲得了至少2000億元的投資。
