習(xí)近平在十三屆全國(guó)人大一次會(huì)議閉幕會(huì)上發(fā)表重要講話

十三屆全國(guó)人大一次會(huì)議上午舉行閉幕會(huì)，習(xí)近平發(fā)表重要講話。

People are makers of history

人民是歷史的創(chuàng)造者

It is the people who have created the history and they are the real heroes, Xi said. As long as people have confidence, the country will have a future and power.

習(xí)近平說，人民是歷史的創(chuàng)造者，人民是真正的英雄。人民有信心，國(guó)家才有未來，國(guó)家才有力量。

Chinese people have the spirit of creativity, hard work and unity and are great dreamers, Xi said.

習(xí)近平說，中國(guó)人民具有偉大創(chuàng)造精神、偉大奮斗精神、偉大團(tuán)結(jié)精神、偉大夢(mèng)想精神。

Happiness comes with hard work. If Chinese people hold the spirit of working hard, we can achieve the goal of creating a better life, said Xi.

習(xí)近平說，要幸福就要奮斗。我相信，只要13億多中國(guó)人民始終發(fā)揚(yáng)這種偉大奮斗精神，我們就一定能夠達(dá)到創(chuàng)造人民更加美好生活的宏偉目標(biāo)!

Xi stresses that Chinese people well aware that unity is power and driving force to move the nation forward, adding it is impossible for a divided and fractured nation to advance.

習(xí)近平說，中國(guó)人民從親身經(jīng)歷中深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到，團(tuán)結(jié)就是力量，團(tuán)結(jié)才能前進(jìn)，一個(gè)四分五裂的國(guó)家不可能發(fā)展進(jìn)步。

China is a socialist state under the people's democratic dictatorship led by the working class and based on the alliance of workers and peasants, said Xi, noting that all power in the country belongs to the people.

習(xí)近平說，我國(guó)是工人階級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的、以工農(nóng)聯(lián)盟為基礎(chǔ)的人民民主專政的社會(huì)主義國(guó)家，國(guó)家一切權(quán)力屬于人民。

He urges all civil servants to always put people at the highest place, wholeheartedly serve the people and work for the people's interests and happiness.

習(xí)近平說，一切國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)工作人員，都必須始終要把人民放在心中最高的位置，始終全心全意為人民服務(wù)，始終為人民利益和幸福而努力工作。

National rejuvenation and reform

民族復(fù)興和改革

China has continuously strived for its dream of realizing great national rejuvenation for over 170 years, said Xi.

習(xí)近平說，近代以來，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興成為中華民族最偉大的夢(mèng)想，中國(guó)人民為實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)偉大夢(mèng)想進(jìn)行了170多年的持續(xù)奮斗。

Turning the grand blueprint for China into reality is new Long March.

習(xí)近平說，把藍(lán)圖變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)，是一場(chǎng)新的長(zhǎng)征。

We need to deepen reform more comprehensively and broaden opening-up with intensified efforts and with more concrete measures, said Xi.

習(xí)近平說，我們要以更大的力度、更實(shí)的措施全面深化改革、擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開放。

Territory integrity and world peace

領(lǐng)土完整和世界和平

Every inch of the Chinese territory absolutely cannot be separated from China, said Xi.

習(xí)近平說，我們偉大祖國(guó)的每一寸領(lǐng)土都絕對(duì)不能也絕對(duì)不可能從中國(guó)分割出去!

China is always willing to make contributions to peace and development of humanity, and fate of Chinese people always closely linked to that of others.

習(xí)近平說，中國(guó)人民歷來把自己的前途命運(yùn)同各國(guó)人民的前途命運(yùn)緊密聯(lián)系在一起，始終愿意為人類和平與發(fā)展作出貢獻(xiàn)。

China won't develop itself at the expense of others, China's development won't pose a threat to any country, said Xi.

習(xí)近平說，中國(guó)決不會(huì)以犧牲別國(guó)利益為代價(jià)來發(fā)展自己，中國(guó)發(fā)展不對(duì)任何國(guó)家構(gòu)成威脅。

China holds the view that world affairs should be managed through consultation between the people of all countries, said Xi, noting that China will not impose its own will on others.

習(xí)近平說，中國(guó)主張世界上的事情應(yīng)該由各國(guó)人民商量著辦，不會(huì)把自己的意志強(qiáng)加于人。
