奧巴馬醫(yī)改再次遭遇重擊

Anthem Blue Cross has announced its pulling out of Nevada and it's already announced its pulling out of Ohio, and most markets in Wisconsin and Indiana. In a statement, Anthem said it's just too volatile, the shrinking individual market and changes and uncertainty in federal subsidies meant they had to withdraw.

Emergency Room Doctor Alan Heilpern in California says it seems like ObamaCare isn't working:

(Dr. Heilpern) "More and more for profit insurance companies are pulling out of the system, and unless they have support from outside sources primarily taxes, which is what Congress was trying to do, to find a way to keep funding the insurance companies with subsidies, it will implode."

Humana and Aetna had previously announced they're pulling out of all ACA exchanges next year.
