《巡視利劍》 播出 落馬官員懺悔

由中央紀(jì)委宣傳部、中央巡視辦、中央電視臺(tái)聯(lián)合制作的電視專題片《巡視利劍》9月7日起在中央電視臺(tái)首播。第一集《利劍高懸》總結(jié)了巡視工作取得的成績(jī)單，多位落馬官員現(xiàn)身接受采訪，表達(dá)對(duì)自身行為的懺悔。

The documentary, named Sharp Sword of Inspection, highlighted the strategy of using inspections as tools to boost clean governance amid the country's unprecedented campaign of fighting corruption.

紀(jì)錄片《巡視利劍》聚焦我國(guó)史無前例的反腐行動(dòng)中用巡視作為手段促進(jìn)廉潔執(zhí)政的戰(zhàn)略。

早在2013年4月25日，習(xí)近平總書記主持中央政治局常委會(huì)會(huì)議，審議《中央巡視工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組第一次會(huì)議研究部署巡視工作情況的報(bào)告》時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，“巡視是黨章賦予的重要職責(zé)，是加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)的重要舉措，是從嚴(yán)治黨、維護(hù)黨紀(jì)的重要手段，是加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督的重要形式(discipline inspection is an important responsibility under the Party Constitution, a major step to strengthen the Party buildup, significant means to exercise strict governance of the Party and maintain Party discipline, and an important form to improve intra-Party supervision)。”

十八大以來，中央12輪巡視共處理來信來訪159萬件次，與黨員干部和群眾談話5.3萬人次，發(fā)現(xiàn)各類突出問題8200余個(gè)。十八屆黨中央開展了12輪巡視，共巡視277個(gè)黨組織(The discipline inspection commission has launched 12 rounds of inspections at 277 Party organizations)，對(duì)16個(gè)省區(qū)市進(jìn)行了“回頭看”(reexaminations)，對(duì)4個(gè)中央單位開展了機(jī)動(dòng)式巡視(mobile inspections)，兌現(xiàn)了全覆蓋的政治承諾。

巡視工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的違紀(jì)行為包括：

官商勾結(jié) collusion between government officials and business owners/government-business corruption

小官巨腐 corruption by low-level officials who engage in an astonishing number of bribery and money-for-position deals

車房超標(biāo) misconduct in government car use and housing allocation for officials

干部親屬利用職權(quán)經(jīng)商謀利 relatives of officials using the officials' influence to seek commercial gains

利用節(jié)慶及婚喪嫁娶收受禮金 taking festival celebrations and weddings or funerals as opportunities to receive "red envelopes," or gift money

買官賣官 lobbying for promotions or money-for-position deals

搞“小圈子” formation of "small coteries" or factions among officials
