全國中小學生獲得正式學籍號

教育部近日發(fā)布消息稱，今年1月21日，已通過全國中小學生學籍信息管理系統(tǒng)，目前，各地正在抓緊落實。

China's Ministry of Education has issued student codes to all elementary and middle-school students across China and put them into the education registration system, after a trial run for a year.

經過為期1年的試運行，近日，教育部向全國中小學生發(fā)放了學籍號，并將它們錄入到教育注冊系統(tǒng)中。

教育部介紹，在完成首次信息采集(information collection)后，為確保以學生身份基本信息(basic information)為核心的數(shù)據(jù)準確，利用公安部人口信息管理系統(tǒng)及國家人口基礎信息庫對學生數(shù)據(jù)進行核查對比，對準確無誤的，核發(fā)全國唯一的正式學籍號(student code)。

"學生轉學(move to a new school)時，各環(huán)節(jié)均在網(wǎng)上進行，家長只需向轉入學校提出申請即可，無需再因往返奔波耽誤正常工作。"教育部透露，目前，最快轉學只要9小時即完成(complete a school transfer in as little as 9 hours)，且記錄在不斷刷新，并將成為普遍趨勢，大大減少了學生轉學其家庭所需的時間和經濟開支(save time and economic cost)。

The eventual release of student codes means the system has entered a new phase for application. It will play an important role in student's enrollment, school roll registration and graduation.

學生正式學籍號的發(fā)放，標志著該系統(tǒng)進入新的應用階段，將在中小學招生入學、學籍注冊和畢業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。

The Ministry of Education hopes the new system could receive more public attention and joint efforts are needed to ensure the smooth and sound application.
