More than 50 million animals are killed for their fur each year. After spending their whole lives in tiny cages where they often suffer from aggression, auto-aggression, cannibalism, severe injuries and stereotypy, they are killed inhumanely - by gassing or electrocution. Fortunately, some of them manage to escape the horror of a fur farm - with the help of an animal rights organization or on their own.
These animals got another chance at life. They were meant to die for “fashion”, but instead, they are living their best lives at sanctuaries where they can rest, play and explore. They are never going to be hurt again.
