《西游記》將改拍成美劇：吳彥祖任武術(shù)指導(dǎo)

AMC demonstrated its flexibility in its range of programming Friday in announcing a straight-to-series order for the martial arts drama "Badlands."

AMC電視臺周五公布了其拍攝計(jì)劃，宣布預(yù)定武術(shù)題材新劇《Badlands》(暫定名)。

The six-episode series is to premiere in late 2015 or early 2016.

本劇總共六季，將在2015年年底或2016年年初首次上映。
 

Loosely based on the classic Chinese tale "Journey to the West," the series centers on a warrior and a young boy who embark on an adventure "across a dangerous land to find enlightenment," according to the network's release。

據(jù)AMC之聲消息，本劇由中國四大名著之一《西游記》改編而成，劇情講述一位偉大的戰(zhàn)士和一個(gè)小男孩，經(jīng)歷危險(xiǎn)旅程、尋找極樂世界的故事。

The series becomes the network's third series to get a straight-to-series order, after "The Walking Dead" and next year's "Breaking Bad" prequel "Better Call Saul."

繼《行尸走肉》和明年上映的《絕命毒師》衍生劇《風(fēng)騷律師》后，《Badlands》將是AMC電視臺第三部全劇集美劇。

"Badlands" (working title) was created by writers/show runners Al Gough and Miles Millar ("Shanghai Noon," "Smallville"). The duo will act as executive producers along with Stacy Sher and Michael Shamberg ("Pulp Fiction," "Contagion") and master martial arts filmmakers Daniel Wu ("Tai Chi Zero") and Stephen Fung。

《Badlands》(暫定名)由作家/編劇Al Gough和Miles Millar(《西域威龍》《超人前傳》編劇)聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作。這二位將和Stacy Sher和Michael Shamberg(作品《低俗小說》《全境擴(kuò)散》)共同擔(dān)制片人，武術(shù)電影演員吳彥祖(《太極之從零開始》)和導(dǎo)演馮德倫將擔(dān)任武術(shù)指導(dǎo)。

"This creative team has so much expertise in bringing a fresh take to classic genres from their film and television experience, and their take on martial arts will be no exception," read part of the statement from Joel Stillerman, AMC’s executive vice president of original programming, production and digital content. "Along with a beautiful story, they've also assembled the A-team of martial arts fight choreography in Daniel Wu and Stephen Fung。”
