在確定了出差日期后應(yīng)立即進行機票預(yù)訂等工作，以保證行程順利展開。預(yù)訂完成后要對自己的預(yù)訂進行確認，以便出現(xiàn)意外時可以及時做出相應(yīng)的補救措施。

每當?shù)诌_某個城市，逗留時間超過三天以上再搭乘飛機的話，必須再次確認預(yù)訂好的機位，飛行前七十二小時要沒有確認，預(yù)訂好的機位就會自動取消。到達目的地后，最好在機場的航空公司柜臺辦手續(xù)，萬一忘了辦理的話，可打電話到航空公司再次確認。

由于沒有直飛新西蘭的航班，所以林先生選擇了在悉尼轉(zhuǎn)機的較為經(jīng)濟的一次班機，并且航班的時間也很合適，林先生很滿意。

A：Do you have any direct flight to New Zealand?

B：Sorry, we don't. But you can fly on Northwest 306 to Sydney and then have a connecting flight to Auckland. Though it must transfer, it is the most economical flight. It' just $670.

A：And how long do I have to stay in Sydney for the connecting flight?

B：Not so long, just one hour.

A：So the time for the whole journey is about…

B：About eleven hours.

A：When does the Flight 306 depart?

B：At 10:00 a.m..

A：Let me check it. OK, it works out for my time schedule.

A：你們有沒有直飛新西蘭的航班？

though，although引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句時，后面的主句不能有but，however，但是可與yet，still連用。

1．a(chǎn)lthough和though同義，在一般情況下，可以互換使用。只是though較普遍，常用于非正式的口語或書面語中，而although則較為正式。另外although語氣比though重，常用以強調(diào)讓步概念。

e.g. Though/Although my car is very old, I don't want to buy a new one.

雖然我的汽車很舊，但我不想買一輛新的。

2．even能和though組合表示強調(diào)，但even不能和although組合。因此，不能說even although,在這里even though=even if（no matter if; though即使……也……）

e.g. Even if/Even though we could afford it, we wouldn't go abroad for our vocation.

即使我們付得起這筆錢，也不出國度假。

3．當讓步狀語從句指某種假設(shè)情況時，通常用though，而不用although。

e.g. Though all the world were against me, I should still hold to my opinion.

就算全世界都反對我，我還是堅持我的立場。

4．a(chǎn)lthough和though引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句時，常采用省略形式。

e.g. Although tired (=Although he was tired), he kept on working.

雖然很疲勞，但他繼續(xù)工作。

布朗先生想要預(yù)訂一張去羅馬的最便宜的機票，預(yù)訂人員查詢后告訴他最便宜的機票需在巴黎住一晚上，布朗先生表示可以接受。

A：I'd like to buy an air ticket from Beijing to Roma, please.

B：One-way or return?

A：One-way, please.

B：Which airlines would you like to take?

A：I don't care about airlines. I'd like to take the cheapest.

B：Okay. When are you going to depart?

A：Next Friday, that is December 16th.

B：Let me have a check on my computer. Oh, by now the Air France is the cheapest, but you have to stay overnight in Paris.

A：That's fine. Will the airline pay for the accommodation and meals in Tokyo?

B：Yes, the airlines will provide free accommodation and breakfast.

A：It sounds good. How much is it?

B：Three hundred and fifty dollars with tax included.

A：Could you charge that to my VISA card?

B：Sure.
