首先告知對方他要找的人現(xiàn)在正忙或者不方便接聽電話,然后再問對方的姓名和電話號碼(name and telephone number)。否則,對方會對“某人正在忙”有所懷疑??傊?,在幫助同事節(jié)省時間的同時,不要讓來電方有不被重視的感覺。
