A memo, "memo," is short for memorandum, 備忘錄(memo)，是“memorandum”的縮寫，

and it is usually like a letter that you send to someone in your company - in your office. 它通常就像是你寄給你公司某個(gè)人的信件。

Your inbox, "inbox," can be a little box on your desk where people put things for you to do, your boss, for example. 你的收件箱(inbox)，可能是放在你桌子上的小箱子，是人們交代事情讓你去做的地方，比方說你老板。

And, when you are done with them, you can put them in your outbox. 當(dāng)你做完了它們的時(shí)候，你可以把它們放進(jìn)你的發(fā)件箱里。

Those terms, inbox and outbox, are also used for email programs now. 收件箱和發(fā)件箱這兩個(gè)術(shù)語也用在如今的電子郵件程序當(dāng)中。
