A preacher asked his wife, "How can I make my congregation pay attention to me during my sermon?"

She answered, "Put the clock right behind you on the wall."

一個(gè)傳教士問他的妻子：“我該怎么做才能讓會眾們注憊聽我講道?”

"pay attention to"可以表示“留意”、“傾聽某人的話”如：You should pay attention to driving 你開車時(shí)應(yīng)該留意， You should pay attention to the teacher.你應(yīng)該注意聽老師說的話。

church除了指教堂，還表示“禮拜儀式”所以"go to church"是“做禮拜”的意思;“正在做禮拜”是“be at church” 或“be in church”。

pay attention to 留意…，傾聽某人的話

right當(dāng)副詞時(shí)，須放在副詞或介詞之前，表示“正好、剛好”，如：right now立刻;就是現(xiàn)在。就是現(xiàn)在。
