747　不能用于被動(dòng)語態(tài)的及物動(dòng)詞

◎ 及物動(dòng)詞一般都可以用于被動(dòng)語態(tài)，但有些表示狀態(tài)等的及物動(dòng)詞卻不可用于被動(dòng)語態(tài)，如：hold（容納），become（成為），last（維持），know（認(rèn)識(shí)），get（明白），belong to（屬于）等。meet作“遇見”解時(shí)，也不可用于被動(dòng)語態(tài)。

This hall can hold one hundred people.

這個(gè)大廳能容納下100人。

One hundred people can be held in this hall.

The new coat becomes him well.

這件新大衣他穿很合適。

He is well become by the new coat.

The food lasted them two months.

他們的食物維持了兩個(gè)月。

They were lasted two months by the food.

I met her in the street today.

我今天在街上遇見了她。

She was met in the street by me today.

提示

當(dāng)get作“得到”，hold作“舉行”，meet作“迎接”解時(shí)，又可用于被動(dòng)語態(tài)。

The meeting will be held next Friday. 會(huì)議將在下周五舉行。

She was met at the airport by her father. 她父親在機(jī)場(chǎng)迎接她。
