職場英語日記 第22篇：自律的一天

i hate monday mornongs. it was impossible to get to sleep early sunday night because i slep most of the day. then, when it was time for bed, i wasn't even sleepy. i tossed and turned for hours and then i only got about 5 hours of restless sleep.

我討厭星期一早上。星期天白天都被我睡掉了，晚上根本不可能早睡，所以到了睡覺時間一點兒睡意也沒有。翻來覆去好幾個小時，真正睡覺的時間只有五小時，根本沒睡好。

if icould get away with it, i would have called in sick today. but i have too much work to do and there are people counting on me. i am going force myself to go to the gym tonight evn hough i just want to go home, be lazy, watch tv, and then go to bed.

如果可以不用上班的話，實在很想打電話去請病假;不過今天有很多工作要做，不去上班會影響到別人。雖然今晚我很想回家偷懶看電視再直接上床睡覺，可是我得強迫自己上健身房。
