職場英語日記 第4篇：圣帕特里克節(jié)

　　i called anna last night and i admitted that i have been feeling really lonely and sad lately and that hearing about luke's party last weekend made me feel really left out and hurt. anna's a good friend.i felt much better after taking to her. she said it must have been an oversight that i wasn't invited.

　　昨晚我打了電話給安娜，承認自己最近覺得很孤單也很南國，加上聽到上星期盧克開派對的事，讓自己有一種嚴重被忽略的感覺，覺得很受傷。安娜真的是好朋友，和她聊過后心情好多了。她說我沒被邀請到肯定是大家一時疏忽。

　　she only found out when she ran into rachel at the mall saturday afternoon. she was very sympathetic to my feelings, but she didn't let me wallow in self-pity.

　　她自己也是星期六下午在購物中心碰到瑞秋才知道的。她了解我的感受，很能將心比心，但沒有讓我繼續(xù)陷入自艾自憐當中。

　　she made me realize that if i want to get out and be social again, i am going to have to make some effort, too.so from now on i am going to stop feeling sorry for myself.

　　她讓我明白，自己也要做一些怒路，才能走出去和人繼續(xù)打交道。所以從現(xiàn)在開始，我不要自怨自艾。

　　anna reminded me that it is st.patrick's day today.she asked me if i want to go to the local irish put to celebrate and, of course, i said yes.

　　安娜提醒我今天是圣帕特里克節(jié)，問我要不要去本地的愛爾蘭酒吧慶祝慶祝，那當然再好不過來。

　　she will be here any minute to pick me up, so i need to find something green to wear and make myself look pretty. i have a new attitude, staring today. no more feeling depressed. the weather may be terrible, but it's not going to get me down anymore!

　　她隨時都會來接我，我得找件綠色衣服穿，打扮一下自己，從今天開始，我要用全新的態(tài)度面對生活，不再意志消沉。就算天氣再爛，也休想再影響我的心情!
