Every year, many high school students compete for the colleges and only the excellent ones can enter the A level university. As so many students feel disappointed. Many successful people tell them that degree is not that important. But it is not true all the time, degree is the first factor to be considered when people come to the job market.
每年，很多高中生競(jìng)爭(zhēng)大學(xué)，只有優(yōu)秀的人才可以進(jìn)入一流大學(xué)。所以很多學(xué)生感到失望。而許多成功人士也告訴他們，學(xué)歷并不是那么的重要。但這是不對(duì)的，學(xué)歷是人們?cè)诰蜆I(yè)市場(chǎng)上第一個(gè)被考慮的因素。

People are willing to listen to the inspiring stories from successful people, which can give them the motivation to move on. They will always take Bill Gates as the example to describe the missing of degree still can't stop being successful. It sounds so perfect for those students who did not do well in the exams. They have the excuse for not study, that's terrible.
人們?cè)敢饴?tīng)成功人士的勵(lì)志故事，這可以給他們前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力。他們總是以比爾蓋茨為例來(lái)說(shuō)明即使沒(méi)有學(xué)歷，仍然可以獲得成功。這對(duì)于那些學(xué)生沒(méi)有考好試的學(xué)生看似是很完美的。他們有了不學(xué)習(xí)的借口，這是可怕的。

The fact is that though those successful people did not have educational background, they have talent on something and they work hard to fight for their goals. The ordinary people believe in that lie and give up the chance to fulfill themselves. A good degree is always favorable in the job market, so don't give up fighting.
事實(shí)是，那些成功的人雖然沒(méi)有學(xué)歷，但是他們有天賦，并且努力爭(zhēng)取實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。普通民眾卻是相信了謊言，放棄充實(shí)自己的機(jī)會(huì)。一個(gè)好學(xué)歷總是在就業(yè)市場(chǎng)中處于有利的位置，所以不要放棄奮斗。
