臺灣互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會最近公布的調(diào)查顯示,網(wǎng)民每天都要接受大量垃圾郵件的轟炸。郵箱里塞滿垃圾郵件給網(wǎng)民造成困擾。
The survey found that Internet users receive anaverage of 29 junk e-mails per day, with most ofthem related to pornography, violence, fraud,online shopping and computer viruses.
調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)每個網(wǎng)民平均每天接收到29封垃圾郵件,而大多數(shù)郵件都涉及色情、暴力、詐騙、網(wǎng)購和網(wǎng)絡(luò)病毒。
Up to 70 percent of recipients simply delete these messages without bothering to open themup.

On the effects of junk e-mail, the public is most worried about their propensity to spreadcomputer viruses, with 80.5 percent saying that they are irksome, 78.1 percent consideringthem a waste of time, and 51.6 percent saying they are a waste of computer and Internetresources.
關(guān)于垃圾郵件造成的影響,網(wǎng)民們最擔(dān)心靠垃圾郵件傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)病毒的傾向性,80.5%的受訪者認(rèn)為這種行為很令人厭煩,78.1%的人認(rèn)為是在浪費(fèi)時間,51.6%的人認(rèn)為是在浪費(fèi)電腦和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)資源。
Around 50 percent worried that the spam could inadvertently cause them to delete otherimportant information, and 41.3 percent said they are worried about being defrauded.

The survey also showed that 74 percent of the public hope the government can formulatelegislation or take administrative measures to regulate the spam.

The survey also found that 24.1 percent of those polled spend between one and two hourson the Internet daily if working hours are excluded, while 65.9 percent spend more than twohours.

The survey also found that 64.5 percent send less than five e-mails daily, while only around20 percent send more than 10 e-mails a day.
