Famous educators plan new systems ofpedagogy,but it is the Unknown Teacher whodelivers and guides the young.
知名的教育家計(jì)劃新的教學(xué)系統(tǒng),但拯救并引導(dǎo)年輕人的卻是無名之師。
He lives in obscurity and contends with hardship.
他默默無聞、含辛茹苦。
For him no trumpets blare,no chariots wait, no golden decorations are decreed.
沒有號(hào)角吹奏來迎接他,也沒有馬車等候他,更沒有金質(zhì)勛章頒贈(zèng)給他。
He knows the watch along the borders of darkness, and makes the attack on the trenches ofignorance and folly.

Patient in his duty, he strives to conquer the evil powers which are the enemies of youth.

He awakens sleeping spirits.

He quickens the indolent, encourages the eager, and steadies the unstable.

He communicates his own joy of learning,and shares with boys and girls the best treasures ofthe mind.

He lights many candles, which,in later years, will shine back and cheer him.
