There has been a drop of about a third of the membership each year.
And certainly in the first year, we went from 33,000 down to 10,000.
And a lot of the people that left said...
...they just didn't have the time to commit to the project that they wanted to.
They wanted to be more actively involved.
They wanted to come down to the ground and help out.
They wanted to feel like they were making a difference.
And because they've got their own lives,...
...I mean, they're not just scattered across the country, they're scattered across the world,...
...and they just felt that they couldn't commit to the project as much as they wanted to.
