The government should improve the employment situation of the returnees.

政府應(yīng)該改善海歸人士的就業(yè)形勢(shì)。

Nowadays, the employment situation of overseas returnees is becoming more and more serious. Many "sea turtles" can not find jobs and gradually become the so called "seaweeds" , which makes many young students think that studying overseas is useless. However, in my opinion, studying overseas is beneficial(有益的) to our development. Besides the access to advanced technology, our adaptability(適應(yīng)性) and independence(獨(dú)立性) can be strengthened. Therefore, I think it's necessary for our government to make some policies to improve the employment situation of returnees.

如今，"海龜"人士的就業(yè)形勢(shì)變得越來(lái)越嚴(yán)峻。許多"海龜"人員找不到工作，逐漸淪為了所謂的"海帶"，這種現(xiàn)象使許多年輕學(xué)生們認(rèn)為出國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)是毫無(wú)意義的。但是在我看來(lái)，出國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)個(gè)人的發(fā)展是非常有益的。除了能夠掌握國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)外，我們自身的適應(yīng)能力和獨(dú)立性也能得到加強(qiáng)。因此，中國(guó)政府有必要制定相關(guān)政策改善海歸人員目前的就業(yè)狀況。

I think with the opening up of China to the world, we should quickly master and absorb the advanced technologies and ideas of foreign countries to develop our economy. In this sense, the overseas returnees are playing an important role in realizing our objectives. Therefore, the government should do its best to get these returnees to be employed.

隨著中國(guó)對(duì)世界的開放，我們盡快掌握并吸收國(guó)外先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)和理念，以促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。而在實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的過(guò)程中，海歸人員發(fā)揮著巨大的作用。因此，政府應(yīng)該竭盡全力保證海歸人員順利就業(yè)。

The returnees should be treated equally.

對(duì)"海龜"也應(yīng)該一視同仁。

In order to gain a competitive edge in the future job market, many students choose to study overseas. However, for some of them, the important thing is a diploma rather than the knowledge itself. Therefore, if we consider these returnees superior and provide them with good job opportunities, we will find that they are not competent at all.

為了在未來(lái)求職中獲得相對(duì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，許多學(xué)生選擇出國(guó)留學(xué)。然而，對(duì)于他們中的大多數(shù)而言，最重要是獲取一紙文憑并非學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)。所以，如果我們認(rèn)為海歸人員就一定更優(yōu)秀井因此給予他們很好的工作機(jī)會(huì)，最終我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)他們根本無(wú)法勝任。

I think the quality of education in China has been improved a lot now. Our students can also compete with these returnees. If we give the "sea turtles" priority, it will be unfair to the local students who may be more qualified.

我認(rèn)為，中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段的教育水平已經(jīng)有了顯著的提高，國(guó)內(nèi)的學(xué)生完全能夠與那些"海龜"相阻敵。如果給予"海龜"優(yōu)先權(quán)，對(duì)于那些更加優(yōu)秀的國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，這是十分不公平的。
