As we all know, the population of college graduates is increasing year after year, which makes their employment situation more serious. In order to solve problem, it's a good idea to encourage them to be self-employed.
眾所周知，如今大學(xué)生的數(shù)量與是俱增，這使大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)更加嚴(yán)峻。為解決這一難題，最好的辦法就是鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。
Self-employment is an attractive choice and a good way for college students to start careers. When they are working for themselves rather than other peop1e, they will have more enthusiasm(熱情) and passion, which are the key factors to achieve success.
對(duì)于大學(xué)生而言，自主創(chuàng)業(yè)是一個(gè)極具吸引力的選擇，也是一個(gè)良好的職業(yè)開端。當(dāng)他們?yōu)樽约憾皇撬斯ぷ鲿r(shí)，會(huì)投入更大的激情，而這恰恰是獲得成功的關(guān)鍵因素。

Many people say that self-employment has a lot of advantages, but in my opinion, it's impractical(不現(xiàn)實(shí)的) for college students to be self-employed since they have little experience in managing a business. They are not familiar with the real business world, which is totally different from their campuses.
盡管很多人認(rèn)為自主創(chuàng)業(yè)有很多好處。但在我看來(lái)，對(duì)于毫無(wú)從商經(jīng)驗(yàn)的大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，自主創(chuàng)業(yè)是非常不現(xiàn)實(shí)的。商業(yè)環(huán)境和校園環(huán)境是截然不同的，因此大學(xué)生對(duì)商業(yè)圈會(huì)感到非常陌生。
Running a business is not easy, it needs different knowledge and skills, such as management, marketing, finance, human resources and so on. However, for most college students, they just specialize in a certain field. Therefore, they should find jobs first before running their own business.
創(chuàng)業(yè)是非常不容易的，需要涉及到多方面的知識(shí)、技能，比如，管理、營(yíng)銷、財(cái)務(wù)、人力資源等等。但是大多數(shù)學(xué)生僅僅精通某一方面，因此，大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后應(yīng)該先找工作再去創(chuàng)業(yè)。
