They think I am an expert in the IT field and also that I treat them fairly.
下屬認(rèn)為我是信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的專家，并且待人公正。
Some past subordinates said I'm intense and demanding,but that is because I have high expecations for them.
以前的一些下屬說我嚴(yán)厲而嚴(yán)格，但那是因?yàn)槲覍λ麄冇泻芨叩钠谕?br /> They probably have to work harder for me than other bosses,but they know that brings the best of them.
