你覺(jué)得自己富有創(chuàng)意嗎?

I'm very creative when it comes to problem-solving.

我能夠創(chuàng)造性地解決問(wèn)題。

For example,at my current work,we almost lost our best employee when her husband relocated to Taichung.

例如，我現(xiàn)在所在的這家公司原本即將逝去一位最優(yōu)秀的員工，因?yàn)樗煞虮慌神v到臺(tái)中去了。

We didn't want to her go,so I came up with a plan to have her work from her new location;

為了不讓她離職，我想了一個(gè)可以讓她在臺(tái)中工作的方法，

in other words,telecommuting from Taichung.

也就是讓她利用電腦進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程辦公。

Our company had never had a telecommuter,and I had to be very tactful about selling my idea to the president.

我們公司還從來(lái)沒(méi)有過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程辦公的員工，為了讓總裁同意我的計(jì)劃，我必須考慮周全。

I worked out plans and calculated costs and benefits,including how much training cost we will be saving by keeping her.

我擬定計(jì)劃，并且計(jì)算出繼續(xù)雇用她的成本與利益，包括留住她可以為我們節(jié)省的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用。

I presented the plan with cost-benefit analysis to the president.It was approved.

我將整個(gè)計(jì)劃連同成本利潤(rùn)分析一同提交給總裁，結(jié)構(gòu)獲得了總裁的許可。

It worked very well,so now we have a few more telecommuters.

目前，此計(jì)劃進(jìn)行的非常順利，所以我們現(xiàn)在又多了幾個(gè)遠(yuǎn)程辦公的員工。

創(chuàng)意并不只局限在藝術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)行業(yè)，其他類型的工作同樣也需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)意?；卮疬@類問(wèn)題時(shí)，可以列舉創(chuàng)造性地解決問(wèn)題的實(shí)例來(lái)說(shuō)明自己有創(chuàng)造力。
