A certain amount of care or pain or trouble is necessary for every man at all times .A ship without a ballast is unstable and will not go straight. 一定的憂愁、痛苦或煩惱，對每個人都是時時必需的。一艘船如果沒有壓艙物，便不會穩(wěn)定，不能朝著目的地一直前進。

If you love someone, you will know everything about her without asking her; if you don't love someone, you will forget everything even if she told you everything. 如果你愛一個人，你會了解她的一切，而不需要問她;如果你不愛一個人，即使她告訴你她的一切，你也還是會忘記的。
