MAX:So I've decided to take over as property manager while Clifford's in the hospital. You know an apartment can tell you a lot about its owner. And this guy is so weird. His house is so clean. His sink is spotless.

MAX:His fruit is organized by shape and color. Sometimes I even wonder if he organizes his socks like that. You know, by color and texture or something. But obviously I'm not going to go digging into his drawers. 你知道我叔叔是有潔癖的。
