課程 2 - Skydiving for real
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to encourage a friend to apply for a job.
IAN:How long have you been jumping for?
INSTRUCTOR:Eleven years.
IAN:Really?
INSTRUCTOR:Yeah. I like it. It's a lot of fun.
IAN:Insane! How was your first time?
INSTRUCTOR:Oh, scary.
FELTON:I, ah yeah I think so.
INSTRUCTOR:This is the harness that you're going to be wearing.
FELTON:OK.
INSTRUCTOR:Pass your right foot through here.
IAN:Oh right.
INSTRUCTOR:There you go. And then your left foot on this side OK?
IAN:OK
INSTRUCTOR:Then your right arm and left. Beautiful day today huh.
FELTON:Ah yeah it's really nice out.
INSTRUCTOR:We're going to eighteen thousand feet it's going to be about ninety seconds of freefall.
FELTON:That's pretty good.
INSTRUCTOR:A long free fall.
FELTON:OK.
INSTRUCTOR:You like that? Alright? And the most important part is your leg straps. I'm going to make your leg straps a little bit tight.
IAN:Alright.
INSTRUCTOR:OK.
FELTON:So is this the part where people normally start to get a little, ah start to become a little bit real to them? Yeah.
INSTRUCTOR:Exactly.
FELTON:OK.
INSTRUCTOR:When we are ready you and I are going to move together to the door in this position, OK?
IAN:OK.
INSTRUCTOR:When we get close to the door I'm going to ask you to put your right knee down like this OK?
IAN:Alright.
INSTRUCTOR:Do it now please. Your hands are going to be holding onto your harness like this OK? Shoulders back, head back. And I'm going to go like OK are you ready. And I'm going to go ready, set, arch, arch your body back as soon as you leave the plane OK?
IAN:OK.
INSTRUCTOR:Five seconds after I'm going to tap your shoulders like this and you are going to open up your hands like this, just open up your hands and have some fun alright?
IAN:Yeah.
INSTRUCTOR:Stand up. For the landing I will tell you what we're going to do for the landing a little bit before we land OK?
IAN:OK.
INSTRUCTOR:Good. You ready?
IAN:Ah, sure.
INSTRUCTOR:Ah that's good.
IAN:I'm as ready as I'm going to be.
INSTRUCTOR:Cool. Perfect. I'm just going to go grab my parachute and everything we need and then we go, OK?
IAN:Alright.
INSTRUCTOR:Good. Then I'll be back.
IAN:This is insane.
KEVIN:You're going to do this right, Ian?
IAN:Ah look, this is dangerous.
KEVIN:Ian, come on.
IAN:No, this is dangerous. Remember, have fun. You are going to have a good time. No rush!
KEVIN:Come on it's going to be fun.
FELTON:Plus if you wimp out I'll think less of you as a man. And that's not good.
KEVIN:You ready?
IAN:You know, this is dangerous. This is. we're gonna die.
KEVIN:Ian let's go.
IAN:I'm out.
FELTON:You're really not going to come?
IAN:I'm not getting into the plane.
FELTON:Come on Ian, come on.
IAN:Have fun.
KEVIN:Oh my god!
FELTON:Oh man that was so awesome. Why did you not do it?
KEVIN:Oh my god!
FELTON:Come on!
KEVIN:Are you kidding me?
FELTON:It was amazing!
KEVIN:真帶勁!
FELTON:It was amazing! Oh my gosh! It's not even like you go up there and, it's just like, you just, I don't know, I felt like I just, once I got up there I wasn't afraid I was just like I have to do it, have to do it, just like there's no choice.
IAN:Maybe, maybe next year.
FELTON:Oh come on. Oh my god you don't even know what you're missing man. It was so cool.
