Agency
Mr. Hall: I think you've already received our letter which suggested our desire to be a sole agent for your products in my country.
Stacy: Yes, Mr. Hall. We received it several days ago.
Mr. Hall: What's your opinion or do you have any conclusion ?
Stacy: To be frank, Mr. Hall, after reading your letter, I feel that it's premature time for you to act as a sole agent for us.
Mr. Hall: Why not?
Stacy: Here are several points to support my idea. Firstly, you are not very experienced. You'll need some time to find out the potential market ability. Secondly, the annual order and turnover you promised is not satisfactory .
Mr. Hall: But this figure is only our first period 's aim. Though the order is not big, it will help you to establish your market channel and expand the influence of your products in the region. Don`t you think so?
Stacy: I see your point, Mr. Hall. Taking our stand , it's not the only way to push sales for us. Thank you for your good intentions. We'll consider your request when the chances serve.
