準(zhǔn)備

了解產(chǎn)品的所有相關(guān)知識(shí)（everything that there is to know），掌握所有涉及的數(shù)據(jù)，成為產(chǎn)品專家（be an expert）。請(qǐng)同事協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備一些可能被問(wèn)到的問(wèn)題，并逐一解答。

從頭開(kāi)始

不要主觀臆斷你面前的潛在客戶（potential customers）已經(jīng)掌握的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品信息程度。應(yīng)當(dāng)通過(guò)一些測(cè)試性問(wèn)題（pointed questions）來(lái)判斷他們對(duì)產(chǎn)品的了解程度。明確你的產(chǎn)品會(huì)給對(duì)方工作或生活的哪些方面帶來(lái)便利。
