做醫(yī)生的兩個(gè)重要條件
The student at a medical school were receiving their first anatomy class with a real dead human body.They were all gathered around the surgery table with the body covered with a white sheet. Then the professor started the class by telling them:
醫(yī)學(xué)院的學(xué)生們第一次用真人的尸體上解剖課。他們圍著手術(shù)臺(tái)，尸體上蓋著一張白床單。教授開始上課了：
"In medicine, it is necessary to have two important qualities as a doctor. The first is that it is necessary that you do not get disgusted."
“從醫(yī)學(xué)角度來(lái)說(shuō)，要成為醫(yī)生，必須具備兩個(gè)重要的條件：第一是不能感到惡心。”
The professor uncovered the sheet, sunk his finger in the butt of the dead body, withdrew it,and then stuck his finger in his mouth and sucked it.
教授掀開床單，手指伸進(jìn)尸體臀部，抽出來(lái)，然后放進(jìn)嘴里吮吸。
"Go ahead and do the same thing," he told his students. The students freaked out, hesitated and subsequently taking turns, sunk their finger in the butt of the dead body and sucked it after withdrawing it. When everyone finished, the Professor looked at them and told them.
“照我這樣子做。”他告訴學(xué)生。學(xué)生們個(gè)個(gè)惶惶不安，猶豫不決，后來(lái)他們輪流把手指伸進(jìn)尸體臀部，然后拿出來(lái)吮吸。每個(gè)人做完了之后，教授們看著他們說(shuō)道：
"The second most important quality is observation. I inserted the middle finger and sucked the index. Pay attention, people."
“第二個(gè)重要的條件就是注意觀察。我伸進(jìn)去的是中指。可是吮吸的卻是食指。你們要注意觀察啊!”
